CANCELLATION POLICY

1.  CLASSES

​

  • Early cancellation (up to 12 hours before the start of class), is allowed with no penalties. This allows waitlisted students to be contacted and invited to the class. Your class will be credited to your account to use next time, but payments are not refundable.

  • Late Cancellation (within 12 hours of the start of the booked class) or a ‘No Show’ (failure to turn up for a class at all) will incur deduction of the class from your pass. For contracted Annual members and Unlimited Passes, late cancellation will incur a charge of £5. This will be charged to the card that your payment was taken from.

  • Please remember that you must go to our online booking system and remove yourself from the class list if you cannot attend a class.

2.  CONTRACTED MEMBERSHIP

​

  • Membership automated Payments remain payable weather or not the client uses the studio's facilities. Automated Payments are not refundable. You can end your membership at the end of your first 12 months Minimum Subscription Period, by giving us at least one calendar month's notice to cancel in writing. The notice period will begin from the first of the month after we have received your cancellation notice in writing.

  • Pre-paid Annual fees are not refundable.

3.  WORKSHOPS AND COURSES
 

  • Breeze Yoga Limited is acting as an agent in facilitating and offering workshops and courses by independent teachers, so any payments for workshops and courses accepted by Breeze Yoga Limited on behalf of our teachers are non-refundable.

  • You may cancel a booking for a course or workshop by giving us at least 14 days notice before the start date. A credit, minus £5 admin fee will be returned to your Breeze Account to use for future bookings.

  • If you wish to cancel within 14 days of the course start date or workshop date, there will be no refund unless there is a waiting list for the event and we can transfer your booking to another participant. If we succeed in transferring your booking to someone else, a credit, minus £5 admin fee will be returned to your Mindbody Client Account to use for future bookings.

  • You may transfer your booking to someone else by e-mailing the full name and email address to info@breezeyoga.co.uk, so we can update the sign-in list with the substitute's name. 

  • We reserve the right to cancel a course or workshop in the event of exceptional circumstances that means we are unable to offer the event as advertised or if there are insufficient numbers booked into the event for it to be commercially viable. Should this happen you will be given a full refund of fees you have paid.

 

4.  TREATMENTS AND THERAPIES

  • Breeze Yoga Limited is acting as an agent for independent therapists in arranging and offering of treatments on our premises, so any payments for treatments accepted by Breeze Yoga Limited on behalf of our therapists are non-refundable.

  • We operate a strict 24 hours cancellation policy on behalf of our therapists.  If you need to cancel or postpone an appointment, please call reception as soon as possible on 0208 658 6808 and e-mail us at info@breezeyoga.co.uk.

  • If you miss an appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full appointment fee.

  • If you cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours notice, a credit will be added to your Mindbody Client Account to be used for future bookings.

  • We reserve the right to refuse bookings without payment in advance.

5.  PRIVATE STUDIO HIRE

​

  • If you wish to cancel Studio Hire bookings you must give us 14 days or more notice of cancellation before the booked date, please note payments are not refundable, instead you will get a credit towards a future booking at Breeze.

  • If you wish to cancel Studio Hire bookings within 14 days of the booked date there will be no refund.

  • Date/time changes and amendments will incur a £10 admin fee.

 

6.  MERCHANDISE

​

  • Merchandise and retail items purchased at the studio (excluding yoga mats or opened products/packaging) can be returned and exchanged for an alike product or credit to your Breeze Account only. This is only possible if returned within 14 days and with a valid receipt.

  • When returning a product, please make sure that it is in good condition, unassembled and in its original packaging. If the products are not in a state where they can be resold, it may not be possible to accept the return.

  • Any skin/body products returned must have evidence/photographic evidence of fault/reason for return, and it will then be returned to supplier for review and result reported back to customer.  No replacement/refund to be given to customer until fully investigated.

  • No refunds will be given for Gift Vouchers.

PRIVACY POLICY

PRIVACY

Breeze Yoga takes the security and privacy of our customers very seriously. This Privacy Policy is designed to provide you with important information about Breeze Yoga’s use of personal data, as required by the GDPR.

1. YOUR PERSONAL DATA

​

Breeze Yoga stores the following information about its members:

​

  • Any information that you provide during the registration process (such as first and last name, email address, phone number, billing address or credit card information, geographic location), when you call or email us or when you use our services, will be stored by Breeze Yoga via our online booking software (MindBody Online).

  • Information about your class attendance and membership status.

  • Payment information that you provide to us through MindBody Online or otherwise when you purchase some of our products or services, including credit card data.

  • Any personal data you may provide on our medical records form.

  • Your IP Address (will be recorded by our web server when you use our website).

2. HOW PERSONAL DATA MAY BE USED

​

Breeze Yoga will collect and store your personal data for the following reasons:

​

  • In order to fulfill a contract, such as placing an order, or booking a class or an appointment.

  • To notify you of changes to classes that you have already booked, such as cancellations, teacher substitutes, class style changes or waitlist changes.

  • To enhance our services, such as changes to pricing and schedules or new services.

  • To send email communications that you have opted in to keep you informed of special offers, promotions and new events.

3.  PERSONAL DATA AND THIRD PARTIES

​

  • Breeze Yoga does not and will not ever share or sell your data to any third party.

  • Breeze Yoga does not collect data on members or potential members from any third parties.

  • We will not disclose your personal information without your consent unless disclosure is either necessary to prevent a threat to life or health, authorised or required by law, reasonably necessary to enforce the law or necessary to investigate a suspected unlawful activity.

  • As an Breeze Yoga member you have the right to withdraw consent for Breeze Yoga to hold your membership data by cancelling your membership.

4.  SECURITY AND PRIVACY OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

​

  • We employ reasonable technical, administrative and physical safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information.

  • Breeze Yoga does not have access or visibility of any financial account information that you provide via our MindBody Online booking system.

  • Any payments made to Breeze Yoga via phone or in person are directly entered to our payment machine and are not recorded anywhere on our systems.

  • In order to effectively process credit or debit card transactions it may be necessary for the bank or card processing agency to verify your personal details for authorisation outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Such information will not be transferred out of the EEA for any other purpose.

 

5.  BECOMING A BREEZE MEMBER

  • By signing the waiver when you become an Breeze Yoga member you are agreeing to Breeze Yoga holding personal data about you via our online booking system.

  • By entering into this agreement, you agree to receive email notifications confirming information on your purchases, bookings, class reminders, pass expiration and cancellations.

  • When you sign up to become a member at Breeze Yoga, you need to actively opt-in to receive our newsletter and promotions. You may opt-out at any time by unsubscribing to any of the emails you receive.

6. USE OF COOKIES

Recorded data which allows our website to recognise you and your preferred settings (cookies), preventing you from needing to provide information on subsequent visits to the site. Your browser can be programmed to warn you before downloading cookies, information regarding this may be found in your browser’s ‘help’ facility.

Any personal data we collect from our website will be used in accordance with GDPR and all other applicable laws.

7.  KEEPING YOUR DATA SAFE

​

We keep all our active members data securely through our online booking system (MindBody Online), you may request to deactivate your account at anytime by contacting us at info@breezeyoga.co.uk. If you have not attended the Breeze Yoga studio for 36 months, your account will be automatically deactivated.

8.  NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES

​

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we decide to change this privacy statement in any material way, we will notify you here and by email so our members are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

 1.  STUDIO OPENING TIMES

​

  • Studio opening times and class times at the Studio may vary from time to time. Opening times and class times will be published by the Studio on our Website.

​

2.  YOGA, PILATES, SPIN & BARRE CLASSES

​

Drop-in Classes

  • Class prices are available on our website and will be reviewed by Breeze Yoga from time to time.

  • Payment is required prior to attendance.

  • The payment for a drop-in class is non-refundable, but if a client cancels within the required cancellation window the class will be returned to their Breeze Account to be used within a month.

  • Drop-in classes are not transferable and non-refundable.

 

Introductory Offers 

  • £50 for 20 Days New to Breeze Offer offers access to all of our Yoga, Pilates, Spin and Barre classes over 20 consecutive days.

  • 4 Online Classes for £20 Offer is available for the Online classes only.

  • 3 Rides for £40 Offer is available for the Spin classes only.

  • 3 Barre Classes for £40 Offer is available for Barre classes only.

  • All the introductory offers are only available once to all the clients who have not previously used them, and they will activate upon the first visit and if they have not been activated, will expire after 6 months from date of purchase.

Multi Class Packs

  • Multi Class Packs can be purchased via the Breeze Yoga Limited website, Mindbody App, or in person at Breeze reception.

  • Price details for Multi Class Packs are available to view on our website or at Breeze and such prices shall be reviewed  by us from time to time.

  • Multi Class Packs have varying expiry dates so please carefully check the expiry date on the pack you are buying at time of purchase.

  • Multi Class Packs are valid for both Online and Studio Classes, these will activate from the sale date.

  • Online Multi Packs are valid for Online Classes only and will activate from the sale date.

  • All Multi Class Packs are not transferable and non-refundable.

  • Should you wish to extend your Multi Class Pack expiry date by 30 days you can do so ONCE, please email info@breezeyoga.co.uk. An administration charge of £12 applies to the extension.

  • Should you wish to suspend your Multi Class Pack package on medical grounds you will need to contact Breeze management by email on info@breezeyoga.co.uk

 

Unlimited Passes

  • Unlimited Passes can be purchased via the Breeze Yoga Limited website, Mindbody App, or in person at Breeze reception.

  • Price details for Unlimited Passes are available to view on our website or at Breeze and such prices shall be reviewed  by us from time to time.

  • Unlimited Passes activate from purchase date and will expire after 30 days.

  • The Unlimited Yoga + Pilates Pass is valid for both Online and Studio Classes.

  • All Unlimited Passes cannot be paused/extended and are not transferable and non-refundable.

  • Should you wish to suspend your Unlimited Pass on medical grounds please contact Breeze management by email on info@breezeyoga.co.uk

 

Memberships

  • The Studio provides 3 types of membership: BY STANDARD Membership (YOGA + PILATES), BY PREMIUM Membership. (YOGA + PILATES SPIN or BARRE) and BY ULTIMATE Membership (YOGA+PILATES+SPIN+BARRE). 

  • CONCESSIONS/PARTNER/Over 68s discounts apply, please email membership@breezeyoga.co.uk to enquire.

  • For existing, hystorical Off-peak members: Off-peak hours are from 8 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday. Yoga and Pilates classes which commence during these hours are considered to be Off-peak classes.

  • T&Cs of membership are available on request by emailing membership@breezeyoga.co.uk

Booking of Classes

  • Classes can be booked on our website, using our Breeze Yoga App or the MindBody Connect App and by phone up to 1 week in advance.

  • All clients with online bookings are required to arrive and sign into class a minimum of 5 minutes prior to the class start time. If you have not signed in by this time, or called to notify us that you are running late, your space will be offered to drop ins and this will be treated as a ‘Late Cancellation’ and your class will not be credited or refunded.

  • When classes have reached their online booking capacity you can add yourself to the waiting list.

  • If you are on the waiting list for a class you will automatically be allocated a space in the class once a spot becomes available, the Mindbody App will give you a notification.

  • The Breeze team reserve the right to deny entry to any class after the scheduled start time.​

3.  GIFT VOUCHERS

​

Gift Vouchers are valid for one year from date of purchase. These are non-refundable, and cannot be used after the expiry date. Please note Gift Vouchers can be redeemed for treatments with the following therapists only:

Christophe, Marina, Kat, Maria, Anna, Lucimara and Rachel (subject to change please email or call Breeze Reception for details)

4.  DISCOUNTS 

​

  • The Studio offers Senior students (+68s) a special drop in rate of £12 per class for all timetabled classes and £12 for specialist Elders classes (excluding workshops and courses).

  • NHS staff and workers, emergency services, armed forces,Equity/Spotlight members, full time teachers in mainstream education & full time students are entitled to 10% discount on all drop in classes except on Thursdays (Concession Day) when a £12 Concession Class price applies.

  • NHS staff and workers, emergency services, armed forces, Equity/Spotlight members, full time teachers in mainstream education & full time students are entitled to 10 % discount on Class Packs and Online Class Packs.

  • Identification details for all the above discounts must be provided on your visit.​

  • No discounts or concessions are available on Unlimited Passes or Introductory Offers and discounts and special offers cannot be combined or accumulated. 

  • Annual contracted members are entitled to discounts on selected Services [selected Workshops (except Courses), selected Treatments (over 55 mins) selected Spin + Barre classes (except Introductory offers) and selected Retail items (except food & drink) depending on their membership tier: 5% for STANDARD, 7.5% for PREMIUM and 10% for ULTIMATE membership.

 

5.  AGE POLICY

​

Please note a 'Parental Consent Form' must be completed and signed by the Parent/Guardian of any child under 17 years old, prior to taking part in any class, workshop or course.

 

Hot Studio Classes

  • No Under 16’s in the Hot Studio

  • 16's & 17's  can attend with an adult

  • 18+ can attend on their own

 

Traditional Studio Classes

  • 12-15 year old's can attend with an adult

  • 16+ can attend on their own

  •  6-12 year old's can attend only Saturday Community Classes with an adult

Spin Studio Classes 

  • No Under 18’s in the Spin Studio

​

Barre Studio Classes

  • No Under 16’s in the Barre Studio

  • 16's & 17's can attend with an adult

  • 18+ can attend on their own

​

Treatments

  • ​Children aged 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult for the duration of all treatments in our Therapy Rooms, with the exception of therapists who have Enhanced DBS clearance.

 

​6.  USE OF FACILITIES

​

  • Customers are entitled to use the Studio’s facilities providing always that the Studio (with notice where practical), may at any time withdraw all or part of its facilities for any period for cleaning, repair, alteration or maintenance work or for any other reasons beyond the control of the Studio or the Company.

  • Children under 16 years old may not be left unsupervised on the studio premises, including our reception/cafe area and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. 

  • Children under 16 years old may not enter the changing rooms or other areas reserved for the opposite sex, regardless of whether they are accompanied by an adult and can only use the single toilet downstairs.

  • Please note children that are booked to attend classes with an adult are under their care and supervision and must not be left unsupervised, however, the Studio reserves the right of refusal for any minor to practice according to our AGE POLICY clause 5.

7.  ANTI-BULLYING AND HARASSMENT​

​

  • All individuals, including staff, instructors, and participants, must conduct themselves in a manner that respects the dignity and well-being of others within Breeze Yoga. Bullying, harassment, or any form of discriminatory behaviour is strictly prohibited.

  • Any instances of bullying, harassment, or discrimination witnessed or experienced within the studio premises should be reported to studio management immediately, either in person or via e-mail to studio management.

  • Breeze Yoga is committed to promptly and impartially investigating all reports of bullying, harassment, or discrimination. Confidentiality will be maintained throughout the investigation process to the extent possible, while ensuring a thorough and fair assessment.

  • Individuals found to have engaged in bullying, harassment, or discriminatory behavior may face disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, suspension, or termination of studio access. The severity of consequences will be determined based on the nature and severity of the behavior, as well as any prior incidents.

  • Breeze Yoga will provide support and resources to individuals who have experienced bullying, harassment, or discrimination within the studio.

  • By participating in activities within Breeze Yoga, all individuals agree to abide by these terms and conditions regarding anti-bullying, harassment, and discrimination.

8.  FITNESS AND HEALTH

​

  • Clients are advised not to undertake any strenuous physical activities without first seeking medical advice if they have any concerns over their physical condition. The Studio reserves the right to refuse access to any customer if, in its absolute discretion, it considers that the health of the individual concerned may be endangered by the use of our facilities.

  • Clients with the following conditions should not attend classes: low/high blood pressure and cardiac irregularities. If there is any doubt, the Client should consult their doctor. Clients and their guests must notify the Studio of any circumstances affecting their health which may be exacerbated through continued use of the Studio.

  • Clients who feel unwell with obvious cough or cold symptoms, should not attend classes, stay at home and seek medical help. Clients who are unwell must also email or call the studio as soon as possible so the Team can assist them in re-scheduling their booked class.

  • Clients are required to follow the instructions of the teacher or therapist at all times.

9.  DRESS AND FOOTWEAR

​

  • You are requested to wear a form of dress appropriate to the practice of Yoga, Pilates, Meditation, Spin or Barre.

  • If you are attending classes in the hot studio, you must bring a sweat towel. You may be asked to leave a class if you are not in possession of a sweat towel or purchase one at the reception.

  • If you are attending a Barre class, it is mandatory to wear a pair of grip socks for safety and support for all Barre workouts. You may be asked to leave a class if you are not wearing grip socks or purchase a pair at the reception.

  • Outdoor footwear should be removed before entering the Shoe Free Zones, which are clearly marked past the reception area, unless you are attending a Spin class (please remove outdoor footwear before going upstairs to the changing rooms if needed).

  • Outdoor footwear must be placed in the shoe storage at the back lobby or carried into the changing rooms and stored securely in one of our lockers. 

  • No footwear must be worn in: Hot Studio, Traditional Studio, Barre Studio and upstairs changing rooms (except clean indoor only flip flops/sliders). Please wear the overshoes provided by our reception staff should you need to.

 

10.  HEALTH AND SAFETY

 

  • Smoking/Vaping is not permitted anywhere on the premises.

  • No crockery, glass or food is permitted in the changing rooms or in the studios, unless specifically required due to a medical condition. Only plastic bottles or special sports type plastic/metal/glass containers/bottles are permitted in the Studio.

  • Fire exits, which are clearly marked, are there in the interests of safety and customers must not interfere with these doors for any reason.

  • In the event of a fire, you will be asked by staff to make your way to the nearest available exit.

  • Posters with details of our Fire Exit routes are on display around the studio, please familiarise yourself with these, in case the fire alarm goes off.​

11.  PERSONAL BELONGINGS

​

  • To create a calm and uncluttered environment our studios are mobile phone, bag, coat and shoe free zones. Clients are requested to use the shoe storage at the back lobby and coat racks provided in the changing rooms, or the lockers.

  • Personal belongings are brought into the Studio premises at your own risk and the studio does not accept liability for any loss or damage whatsoever to such items.

  • Padlocks are required to use our lockers. Please either bring one from home or purchase one from reception for a fee of £6.

12.  GENERAL GUIDELINES

​

  • Customers must at all times observe the Studio guidelines which may be notified to them from time to time and are requested to comply with any reasonable directions which the management of the Studio may issue to ensure the smooth operation of the Studio for the convenience of all customers.

  • Customers are required to give written notice to the Company of any change of email and home address. Failing such notice, all communications shall be assumed to have been received by the customer within 5 days of emailing to the last email address notified to the Studio.

  • The Management reserves the right to refuse admission to the Studio.

  • The Studio may, if a client so wishes, communicate with the client by electronic mail (“email”). By providing an email address to the Studio the client consents to receiving email communications from the Studio, including notices pursuant to the Terms and Conditions. The client also accepts any risk that email may not be a fully secure and confidential means of communication. The Studio will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as a result of communicating with a client in this manner.

13.  LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

​

  • The Studio cannot be held responsible for any service or equipment not being available for whatever reason. The Company reserves the right to make alterations to the types of facilities provided, without notice and in its absolute discretion and the Studio shall not be liable for any loss occasioned by such alterations except in so far as the loss is by law incapable of exclusion.

  • It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they are capable of the exercises involved in any program or class they book to attend. Clients accept the risk of injury from performing exercises and are advised to consult their doctor prior to beginning any program or class.

  • It is the Parent/Guardian's responsibility to ensure that their child is capable of the exercises involved in any program or class they book to attend with or without them according to the Age Policy clause 5. Parents/Guardians accept the risk of injury to their child from performing exercises and are advised to consult the family doctor prior to their child beginning any program or class.

  • The Studio accepts no liability for loss or damage to property or injury of the clients in the business premises or outside the business premises except in so far as such loss, damage, or injury is by law incapable of exclusion.
