She is also a Level 3 Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer. She is so grateful she is able to move her body every day and feels very lucky to be facilitating movement for others. She is a certified Barre Instructor and professional dancer, she has seamlessly integrated her knowledge and skills to create a transformative workout experience for participants. During her classes you’ll work legs, inner thighs, arms and core, working on resilience, coordination, balance, pelvic floor strength and flexibility.
