Our Therapists

Kat Basquill

Bodywork

Kat believes strongly in the healing power of a loving touch. After teaching and practicing yoga for several years, Kat became curious about the deeper levels of healing within the body, and the strong link between body and mind.

Kat trained with the renowned Alchemy of Touch, whose intuitive methods hold a mix of deep tissue strokes, myofascial release, Thai yoga massage, joint mobilisation, and their own unique stroke; the soothing ‘fluid touch’, which mimics the flow of energy in the body.

In each bodywork session Kat's focus is to soothe and rebalance without jarring the nervous system.

Each session is a full body massage, with extra focus on areas you request, or that Kat feels need more attention - whether physically tight or energetically stuck.

Kat is available on Tuesdays from 9am - 2pm

Seena Chand

Reiki

Seena was first introduced to the benefits of Reiki in 2012 when she received a treatment whilst working in a highly stressful job in the City of London.

The positive experience of that first treatment, and subsequent healing, led her to explore Reiki further. Seena went on to be trained by Reiki Alliance Master, Tripuri Dunne, in 2013.

Following her practitioner training with Tripuri, Seena became a mother to two children and continued to deepen her Reiki practice as well as using her own life experiences to help others transcend pain and suffering into lasting happiness.

Seena is a member of the Reiki Association (www.reikiassociation.org.uk), a community of people initiated into Reiki, and is fully insured.

Seena is available on Thursdays from 2:30pm-7:30pm

Tanya Walker

Holistic Massage | Swedish Massage | Deep Tissue

After many years working in the corporate world, in 2015 Tanya decided to follow her passions and retrain in nutritional therapy. It was during this time as she developed her knowledge of anatomy and physiology that she went on to expand her skills into massage, and qualify as a holistic massage therapist.

By offering holistic massage, Tanya is able to provide bespoke treatments focussing on specific areas of concern to ensure the best experience for her clients, rather than following a set sequence. She uses a variety of techniques including gentle massage, stretches and deep tissue work. It is designed to consider the mind body and spirit, relaxing all areas and restoring balance.

Tanya’s keen interest in health and wellbeing means she is always learning more and developing new skills to provide a range of holistic therapies for her clients. Over time Tanya hopes to bring holistic facials, facial rejuvenation and Indian head massage to her practice – watch this space!

Tanya is available on Thursdays from 2:30pm-7:30pm.
