Lies Deneys
Lies started her yoga journey 16 years ago. It has been a fundamental part of her life, a perfect way to bring some balance and overcome various injuries sustained from years of running and cycling. It has also brought calmness in a very hectic traveling life style. Her yoga mat was her constant traveling companion.
She completed her first 200h with Hassan Hassan (Studio Coordinator of Breeze Yoga).Subsequently she has completed some extra hours with Adam Hocke and Adam Husler.
Lies creates a safe space for people to allow them to connect to their breath and their body. A slower paced practice allows you to tune into your body and really connect with what is going on. Slower doesn’t mean less challenging–it does allow you to feel the poses and adjust to the person's need. Her classes are inclusive, instructive and she has a very hands-on approach to teaching with adjustments. And she isn't afraid to use a prop or two or sometimes even a wall!
Fun facts: She loves a good hug! Once in the hug, it might be difficult to get out!

Having worked as a personal trainer and class instructor for the past 11 years, Lisa turned to yoga 5 years ago in a bid to combat some of the stresses and strains she had placed on her body over the years and also to bring some kind of calm and peace to her otherwise hectic lifestyle
Having completed her yoga teacher training, and fully embracing what it opened her eyes to, Lisa knew that yoga was the path she wanted to follow and inspire others to follow too.
Throughout her class Lisa encourages a strong connection between body, mind and spirit. She delivers a physically demanding practice, whilst at the same time encouraging her participants to practice without pain and to accept each moment as their bodies being exactly where they should be. Lisa likes to use music and short readings as a way to enhance the experiences her participants have during their practice and as a way of enabling participants to take vital elements of their practice with them into their lives outside of the yoga studio. Lisa’s background also means that she has a keen interest in anatomy and physiology. She will use her knowledge to guide you carefully and precisely through your poses, educating you about your body as you go.

Whilst it was the physicality of yoga that initially drew Matt to the practice - in particular the transitions and the flow of movement - he soon found that there were many benefits beyond just the physical as yoga brought greater balance and awareness into his life.

Matt is a yoga teacher, Level II Mindfulness Trainer and designated FRC© Mobility Specialist. His teaching combines contemporary understanding of the ways in which we move with the wisdom and insight of the yoga and mindfulness traditions and he aims to present these practices in a way that is respectful to their heritage, culture and original intentions.
As he continues to deepen his understanding of these transformative practices, Matt feels incredibly lucky to help others discover the benefits of yoga and mindfulness for themselves, doing so in a considered, grounded way that is accessible and relatable to all (‘spiritual’ and secular minded alike).

Hassan Hassan
Hello my name is Hassan Hassan and I believe strongly in the gifts of yoga, meditation and generally all things movement. I’m first a student of yoga then a teacher and have been fortunate enough to practice and teach all over the world across a broad spectrum of students ranging from teens to our elders in care homes, neuro diverse, severely injured and all shapes in between.
Ive healed many injuries and mental barriers with yoga and believe in working compassionately with our bodies but also not shying away from challenge or facing all parts of our human experience. I enjoy watching the growth, healing, integration and transformations that occur when yogis step onto the mat.
When not practicing yoga I can be found walking dogs or cuddling on sofa with them resting from a day of movement. Nature and Dogs particularly really inform and validate my yoga practice and teaching as they are amazing mirrors of energy, always present and in the now which is a challenge for humans these days.
When I first started teaching yoga I wanted everyone to feel as good as I did and I still want everyone to be the best they can be but nowadays I’m teaching to keep us human. So expect to be asked to leave your phone, expectations and ego at the door when you come to my class as it’s a human experience we are sharing and I would like you to be present - I’ll do the same except if I’m using music then I’ll take my phone for that purpose.
Hope to see you on the mat!

Gosia Malyszko
My Pilates journey begun in 2010, after I suffered a terrible knee injury that prevented me from participating in any high-impact sports. As my whole life always revolved around fitness (as a kid I was a professional table tennis player and later - group class instructor, teaching step, body conditioning, circuit, etc.)
I needed something to stay active, but also something that is safe and would help me with my regeneration. That is when I first discovered Pilates. I fell in love with it after my first session and, as I was already trained in teaching group classes to the music, it wasn’t long after that till I did my Pilates qualifications level I and II in Poland and started providing classes in the UK after moving here in 2012. In 2016 I have converted to become a fully qualified Body Control Pilates teacher.

Since then I haven’t stopped developing my knowledge and have been attending different courses, classes and workshops on a regular basis so that I continue to provide my clients with the best service possible.

She started her yoga journey during her first pregnancy, in 2007, although it was after the birth of her third child, in 2012, that she felt yoga was feeding her mind, body and soul more than intense gym sessions. This was when she started practising yoga more regularly and fell deeply in love with the practice.

With a background in teaching (as a secondary school teacher and Head of English) the transition from teaching English to teaching yoga - which started in 2018 - felt smooth and fulfilling. She feels that teaching is ‘in her blood’ and still enjoys tutoring English Language and Literature to GCSE and A-Level students.
After her initial 200 hour YTT, she added an additional 50 hours of Ashtanga, 30 hours of Hot Static, and a certification in sound healing. Fatma believes strongly that a teacher is always a student too, so these hours are far from static as she remains keen to keep learning.
