Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a simple yet effective therapy that uses a variety of techniques to manipulate soft tissue. It is performed with the client in a seated position and without the use of oils. The therapist uses a range of different massage pressures and rhythms to stimulate the head, neck, upper back and shoulder area.

Regular Indian head massages alleviate feelings of tension and increase blood supply to the head, which can improve mental clarity and alertness.
Some of our aromatherapy massage therapists will use pre-blended oils, choosing between ‘purify & revive’, ‘muscle ease’ or ‘calmer karma’. Other massage therapists may blend the oils during your consultation, using a combination designed specifically for you.
