Pranic Healing

Melissa Stonard

Pranic healing involves scanning the human aura to detect the imbalances of energies, known as energetic congestion and depletion. This is facilitated by using cleansing techniques to remove negative energies, and energising techniques to provide clean energy, thus strengthening the aura and the chakras. Once the aura is balanced, clean and strong, the health of the body can improve both physically and emotionally.

Alleviate physical ailments, from minor to severe as well as chronic conditions. The treatment not only treats the symptoms, but also the cause of the condition. Calming emotions – reduce stress and anxiety, remove addictions, phobias, trauma, anger and resentment – these negative thought patterns can lead to severe conditions.
Good health maintenance and general MOTs – treatments can help prevent illnesses from occurring in the first place by boosting the immune system, and cleansing internal organs (such as the heart, liver, kidneys and lungs)

Reiki

Seena Chand

“Reiki” (ray-key) is Japanese for ‘universal life energy’; a term used to describe a natural system of healing. It can be enjoyed by anyone and is a tradition that is open to any belief system.

Reiki can be used alongside conventional or complementary treatment and works on all levels of a person: mental, physical, emotional and spiritual, to restore a sense of wellbeing and balance.

The method of receiving Reiki is simple. The recipient remains fully clothed and lies comfortably on a bed, couch or sits on a chair. The practitioner gently places their hands in a series of non-intrusive positions on the body, and channels ‘Ki’ through to the recipient. There is no massage or manipulation. Reiki can be used on the person as a whole or on specific parts of the body.

Reiki is a safe and soothing treatment that has many benefits, including:

  • bringing a sense of ease and calm at difficult times in one’s life

  • providing support during pre and post-pregnancy

  • improving stress-related conditions such as migraines, insomnia, anxiety and high blood pressure

  • supporting the body’s natural healing process to recover from an accident, operation or traumatic experience
