We are excited to offer this specialist workshop from experienced yoga teacher Elizabeth Knott.
The workshop is aimed at those of you with back pain – it could be recurring lower back pain, or other back conditions that give you pain, discomfort or interfere with your daily life. It’s also great for people who find other yoga classes and exercise too strong for their back.
Maybe you’re just curious and want to enjoy a gentle yoga practice; you’re welcome to come along.
This yoga workshop is specially designed to optimize spinal health safely and simply. We will practice a specialised set of gentle alignment based yoga postures (standing, sitting and lying down), breathing techniques and stress relieving exercises. Guidance on how to manage a painful episode will also be given.
Learn to help yourself to improved comfort.
This is a gentle practice with an emphasis on stability and appropriate mobility. We are beginner friendly and all levels are welcome including those who are new to yoga. Get in touch if you have any questions.
