Skills relaunch: a workshop for teachers to replenish your knowledge, skill, and enthusiasm

with nourishing ideas, practices + spiritual reconnection.

Transform your personal practice and re-launch your teaching career to the next level in this workshop with one of the most experienced and skilled yoga teachers in the UK. Claire launched the first ever Vinyasa YTT in the UK back in 2009 and is responsible for the popularity of Vinyasa as a yoga technique taught by highly skilled teachers that have been through her programme & classes since 1999, both in the UK and USA.

This workshop will recap on how to keep up your personal confidence in your practice and thoughtful reflection on the yogic texts to enhance your teaching. We will begin with a fully dimensional traditional yoga practice, exploring the theory of sadhana teaches yoga techniques to grow and expand the self while vinyasa creates a powerful flow of the practices for transformation - along with the meditative and strengthening qualities of kriya meditation.

We then go into the theory of teaching methodology that will give you skills for a lifetime of teaching including:

• Integrating your transferable skills and interests to inspire your students • Nourishing your creativity: how to use storytelling as a narrative arc of class • How to nourish and clarify your personal dharma & sadhana for stable teaching techniques • How to use the integration of yoga practices: asana, mantra, mudra, meditation, pranayama, for self-inquiry, commitment and your individual strengths as a teacher • Open your heart & creative energy in order to serve well but find good energetic boundaries so you can teach well

If you get easily tired and put your self-care and self practice last, or need some inspiration about how to incorporate yoga philosophy into your classes, this unique workshop is for you: through the Panca Jnana practices below (Five Knowledge points) we will explore how to delve more completely into your sadhana. We will complete our time together with a rejuvenation final Satsang Kirtan chanting.

Open to all potential teachers and existing teachers in any wellbeing modality.
