About the event
Monthly Breath Club is a place where we can experience the deep breathwork experience, outside of a workshop environment and without the explanations and demonstrations that usually accompany a workshop. In this session we can go straight into a 60-minute breath session and have a short time to share and integrate afterwards.
These groups are a great way for people to keep their breath in flow and enjoy the energy of a group rather than breathing at home, alone. Breath Club is a great way to deepen your personal practice, as it is a fully facilitated and guided session, so you will be reminded of how and what you need to do keep your breath open. As we breath together in coherence and resonance to create an amazing energy, it really is a great midweek breath fix.
THIS IS NOT FOR NEW BREATHERS: You need to have experienced at least 1 previous Conscious Connected Breathwork before. There is no demo or explanation in these shorter sessions as we jump straight into a full 50 minute breathe. Ideally you should book onto one of my '2hr Workshops' if totally new to conscious breathwork. You will be best in a laying down position for this session, with a pillow to support your head and a blanket handy for the meditation.
