What you can do to stay safe

 Please book your class in advance of attending the studio and kindly arrive no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time to avoid disappointment.

If you are late for class, the Breeze Reception staff will allocate newly available spots to other students on the waiting list who are standing by and ready to go.
Please observe our class cancellation policy giving us at least 3 hours notice to cancel.

*Late-cancel/No-shows will be charged £5 Members/Unlimited Passes

Class Packs/Drop-in’s will lose their class credit.

At the time of booking if you, any member of your household or anyone you have been in close proximity with have developed or have recovered from any symptoms relating to Covid-19 within the last 10 days, please do not attend.

  • From 19th July wearing a mask will be a personal choice but please note if you have booked an appointment with Clinical Therapy (acupuncture/osteopathy) you must still wear a face covering during the appointment.

  • Scan the NHS track and trace QR code and use the hand sanitizer upon arrival to the studio.

  • Follow the one way system and maintain social distancing.

  • Bring your own mat and props to the studio. If you forget, you can loan a mat/set of props for £3.

  • If you need to use our lockers they require padlocks. Please bring one with you or purchase from reception for £5.

  • When attending hot classes you must bring a towel with you to cover the length of the mat for health and safety. These may also be purchased from reception.

  • If showering after class please spray your shower cubicle with the product supplied after each use.


What we are doing to keep you safe:

We will continue implementing the guidelines set out by the Government to ensure we are Covid Safe to protect the health and wellbeing of clients and staff. 

Regular cleaning of all touch surfaces will be carried out between classes and throughout the day.

Studios and Therapy Rooms will be sanitised prior to every class/appointment.

Ventilation supplying fresh air will be on continuously in the entire premises, including studios, changing rooms and therapy rooms.
