Late Arrival/Cancellation Policy

We advise you to book your class in advance of attending the studio and kindly arrive no later than 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time to avoid disappointment.

If you are late for class, the Breeze Reception staff will allocate newly available spots to other students on the waiting list who are standing by and ready to go.
Please observe our class cancellation policy giving us at least 3 hours notice to cancel.

*Late-cancel/No-shows will be charged £5 Members/Unlimited Passes

Class Packs/Drop-in's will lose their class credit.

After booking if you or any member of your household have tested positive for Covid-19, please do not attend and call reception as soon as possible to cancel your booking/appointment.

You will not be charged a late cancellation fee.

You may return to the studio once your symptoms stop and have a negative test.

From 27th January you are no longer required to wear a face covering when you visit the studio but consider wearing one should you wish to do so. If you are coming in for a Clinical Therapy appointment (Acupuncture/Osteopathy), please note you are still required to wear a mask before and during the treatment, unless you are exempt.

Please use the hand sanitizer upon arrival to the studio.

You no longer have to use the one way system and maintain social distancing.

From 23rd March you no longer need to bring your own mat to the studio as Breeze will once again provide mats in both Hot and Traditional studios.

When attending hot classes you must bring a grip towel with you to cover the length of the mat for hygiene and safety purposes. These may also be purchased from reception.

If attending a Traditional studio class you must spray the mat before and after use.

If you need to use our lockers they require padlocks. Please bring one with you or purchase from reception for £5.

If showering after class please use the product supplied to spray your shower cubicle after each use for hygiene purposes.

Breeze is committed to keep you safe:

We will continue implementing the guidelines set out by the Government to ensure we are Covid Safe to protect the health and wellbeing of clients and staff.

Regular cleaning of all touch surfaces will be carried out between classes and throughout the day.

Hot Studio and Therapy Rooms will be sanitised prior to every class/appointment.

In the Traditional studio we are providing sanitiser and paper roll for you to spray the mat before and after each use.

Ventilation supplying fresh air will be on continuously in the entire premises, including studios, changing rooms and therapy rooms.
