Green Goodness

The food we eat plays a vital role in how we look and feel. Physical activity is important, but nutrition has the largest impact on our health and wellbeing.

Healthy eating habits and active lifestyle are the best way to improve overall health by reducing obesity and related diseases, as well as minimising risk of many other conditions, such as heart disease, stroke, cancer, osteoporosis etc.

An initial consultation typically lasts 60-90 minutes. Prior to your consultation we will request you complete a detailed health questionnaire and food diary which will allow us to get a good understanding of your current state of health and health history. During your session we will have an in-depth review and analysis of your nutritional and lifestyle habits and discuss your main health concerns and goals. In some cases, we may recommend further testing to support our analysis.

Nutrition - Follow Up Consultation

with Tariq Gabr

Follow up consultations last around 45 minutes. We will assess your progress and discuss any concerns you may have. Any laboratory tests will be reviewed if necessary.

Everybody has different requirements depending on their health condition and concerns. We usually advise a minimum of two follow-ups, four weeks apart. This will allow enough time to review your progress and make the necessary changes to your plan to keep you on track to achieving your health goals.
