The first weekend of our celebratory month will focus on treatments and self care for healing & wellbeing. We have selected therapists available over the Saturday and Sunday to provide you with taster massage treatments.

Healthy global movements integrating spirals that naturally occur throughout the structures of the body, so restoring function.
We will strengthen, lengthen, rotate & unravel, moving through multiple planes in three dimensions.

Breeze Special Workshop : Splits with Wailing Man
Come and monkey around with Wai-Ling in a hanumanasana, commonly known as forward splits, workshop at Breeze Yoga. This asana, or posture, is named after the deity Hanuman and depicts his legendary leap of faith across the sea. It increases harmony, balance, and raises your spiritual frequency.
