What To Expect From Barre
If you are thinking of trying Barre here is a little bit about what to expect…

When you step into our studio, you will be greeted by a warm and welcoming environment. Our teachers are super friendly and very knowledgeable, and they will offer personal advice and guidance to each student throughout the Barre session.
​
The class will focus on a range of low-intensity movements from backgrounds of ballet, Pilates and yoga. This will include stretches to improve your flexibility and holding positions to improve muscle tone. If there are any postures that you are uncomfortable with, our teachers are always able to recommend adaptations. So, never feel like you need to push yourself too far out of your comfort zone.

Our studio is located in our wellness centre in Beckenham, where you will also find treatment rooms and an onsite cafe that offers healthy drinks and snacks.
