Yoga Nidra is a beautiful, effortless, deeply restorative practice. It is considered to be the meditative heart of Yoga. An ancient practice that dates back thousands of years and is truly enlightening. It is considered to be the most precious jewel in the Yoga treasure box.
This incredible deeply nourishing guided experience will begin with some breathing techniques and gentle restorative asanas with a seamless transition into the ‘yogic sleep’ in which you are deeply relaxed yet your mind will receive cues to guide you to a total release, awareness and restoration by tapping into new sources of energy.
This deeply nourishing practice will facilitate rest and calm the nervous system. Help with chronic pain, stress, sleep problems, anxiety, release tension, relieve stress, focus the mind, promote self-care and connection by focusing on setting our Sankalpa (intention).
You will be required to do nothing but to lie down and listen and give yourself permission to rest. Absolutely anyone can practice and benefit from Yoga Nidra.
