The greatest gift we can learn is when and how to rest. Often we don't know when to stop, to listen to our body. Stress appears first in the mind as thoughts, then this impacts our physical health.
In this workshop you will learn some simple techniques to slow down. These will include:
- Breath work
- Guided meditation
- Yoga nidra (sleep yoga)
Come to relax and restore, give your body and mind permission to rest.
