An Introduction to Inversions with Sarah Brown
Saturday 20th May, 3-5pm in the traditional studio
This workshop is for yoga students who would like to learn more about inversions including handstand and forearm balance.
Alignment based instruction will be given for these asanas and there will also be a large focus on the progressions that lead up to them.
Practicing inversions can be very empowering; however, there can also be a lot of fear whilst learning them. Students will be given time and space to work on building confidence both physically and mentally while upside down.
£20 per person
