Opening Hips and Hamstrings with Sarah Brown

Many of us hold a great deal of tension, emotions and stress in the hips. When emotions are not released they become stuck energy in the body that can cause tightness or pain.
Due to our modern lifestyle, our hips lose mobility and become tense. Tight hamstrings can contribute to problems in the knees and lower back.
Through a combination of dynamic and yin poses, the hips and hamstrings will be gently opened and freed. There will be a deep relaxation at the end of the session. You will leave feeling rested and lighter.
