Flyer's Flow: a Unique Arm Balance Conditioning Workshop with Chris Edwards

Flyer's Flow is an arm balancing sequence designed to teach participants how to perform arm balances with greater mindfulness and ease. Students often over-use force when working on these poses, rather than developing the functional strength, understanding of the necessary movement patterns and leverage required to effectively take flight. This sequence will help to develop the biomechanical and psychomotor functions necessary to more deeply and gracefully incorporate these inspiring poses into your practice.
