As adults we often forget that being a kid can be stressful! There are many pressures to achieve, behave, conform and even just be accepted by others. Studies show that regular Yoga practice improves attention span, aids restful sleep and builds strength to support the skeletal system as children grow and develop physically and emotionally. Practicing and developing a love of Yoga is known to instil a sense of equilibrium and contentment in all ages, and there can only be benefits in starting early!

No experience of yoga is necessary in either adult or child, simply a willingness to have fun and enjoy the journey!

For children aged 4-11 years with a parent/guardian.
