We are thrilled to welcome teacher Carline Deal to Breeze to lead our fantastic new monthly Family Yoga Playshops at Breeze.   Carline’s aim is to promote health, wellbeing, calm and confidence to children and teens, whilst setting down the foundations for a vibrant, balanced, positive and healthy life ahead.  As adults we often forget, being a kid can be stressful!  There are many pressures to achieve, behave, conform and “fit in”.  Studies show that regular yoga practice improves attention span, aids restful sleep and builds strength to support the skeletal system as children grow and develop.  Practicing and developing a love of yoga is known to instil a sense of equilibrium and contentment in all ages, and there can only be benefits in starting early! 

As an accomplished yoga teacher and mother of 4 children ranging from age of 5 right through to 19, Carline has great insight and understanding of the stages of development physically and emotionally, with an ability to engage, bringing great benefits for parents and children through yoga practice.

Join Carline for these family sessions and experience the fun you and your child can have whilst actively engaging in an activity that is as fun as it is nurturing, on many levels.

The Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga system is intended as a daily personal therapy, a flowing sequence of Asanas and Vinyasas, repeated and developed, slowly and steadily, with breath, concentration and bandhas; a strong, moving meditation, to develop and maintain optimum health of mind, body and spirit.

Strong adjustments and a competitive desire to push current limitations have become common-place, which on a deep psychological level can potentially store our practice experience in the ‘negative zone’.  Instead, if we generate internal heat, and ease into positions, using our breath and concentration, we develop greater strength and flexibility of a longer-lasting nature, and keep our practice in the ‘joyful positive zone’.

Limitations in significant aspects of life such as relationships, health, career and finances are often created by subconscious memories - programs which are hidden in the subconscious mind. These programs dictate all aspects of our lives such as:

  • What we think (our subconscious mind rules the quality of our thoughts)
  • How we feel (the origin of our emotions are subconscious)
  • What our belief system is (what we believe to be true has a subconscious basis)
  • How we act (scientific research states that all our actions, even those which appear conscious ones, have a subconscious origin)
  • What we know (our knowledge is limited by the information in the subconscious mind)
  • How we perceive our reality (what we see, hear, smell, touch and taste), together with how we view ourselves (also known as our self-image)

Our lives are ruled by these hidden programs which we cannot access directly, even though they are running in our lives 24/7. Negative programs can keep us trapped, limiting our opportunity to evolve. 

Interestingly, most negative programs held in the subconscious mind do not even belong to us. They are often the result of parental programming, impact from media (TV, radio, internet), opinions, comments/remarks from others.  The subconscious mind, when overloaded with negative memories or programs acts like a computer that has been infected with a virus.

Years ago, Dr Bruno Roque Cignacco (PHD) discovered a very POWERFUL TOOL that can be used to delete  negative programs. When these subconscious memories are deleted, WE ERADICATE ALL OUR LIMITATIONS, ENABLING US TO GO ON TO LIVE TRULY SUCCESSFUL LIVES. 

This tool is an ancient Hawaiian technique called Ho'oponopono, which works like an antivirus for the mental system. With the frequent use of this technique we can effectively eradicate negative memories.

This technique became well known worldwide when Dr Ihaleakala Hew Len used it to cure a ward of dangerous inmates without even personally contacting them, it is based on four important principles: repentance, forgiveness, love and gratitude.  It has a transforming power because it removes problematic situations in our lives from their root, rather than providing a temporary fix, eliminating programs which create life problems.

Ho’oponopono is very easy to use and its effects are outstanding. This almighty tool can be used to resolve relationship difficulties, financial problems, health issues, career/business problems and more. This workshop will be mostly focused on the practical use of the technique of Ho’oponopono. 

During the workshop attendees will go through several practical Ho'oponopono exercises such as:

  • How to practically apply the main Ho'oponopono principles ( interconnection, memory erasing, total responsibility, not knowing, etc.) 
  • How to apply the Ho'oponopono technique to different situations
  • How to use introspection in a practical manner
  • How to use meditation in combination with the Ho'oponopono technique
  • How to get more inspiration in our lives
  • How to use other Ho'oponopono tools (blue water, Ha respiration,  inner child meditation and more)
