Good Vibes Retreat No. 2 with Imir Frazer

8th - 11th July 2017
The Mill, Northern France

The first Good Vibes Retreat last year, hosted by Imir Frazer, left everybody totally refreshed and blissed out.  Good Vibes Retreat is back this July, at another stunning location.

The Mill is located on a picturesque 30 acre site, with woodlands, a nature reserve and an expansive lake.  We will have exclusive use of the Mill and its grounds, with facilities including a spectacular, well equipped yoga studio, bicycles, tandems, a rowing boat and private cinema!

In addition to a bright and beautiful dining room, there is a covered terrace for dining overlooking the lake.

Delicious vegetarian food is freshly prepared by the creative on-site chef, using local, seasonal ingredients (dietary requirements can be met).

A variety of accommodation is available: 4 single rooms; 9 double rooms; 5 rooms accommodating 4 people; and 2 wagons in the grounds for a unique experience!

All beds are made-up using Egyptian cotton sheets, feather & down pillows (or hypo-allergenic alternative) and cosy duvets.

The all-inclusive price of the retreat is £525 per person, to include: 7 practice sessions (inclusive of dynamic and restorative yoga, meditation, pranayama and yoga philosophy); 3 nights accommodation; 3 meals per day plus snacks; return transport from Beckenham to the Mill via the Eurotunnel.

Imir Frazer

Imir has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, consistently studying to deepen her understanding of anatomy, the eight limbs of yoga, and yoga as a way of life.  Exploring traditional yoga systems, particularly Ashtanga Yoga, Dynamic Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Krama (the linking of postures together in sequence, building towards a key asana), Imir’s teaching style is calm and friendly, her classes deep and challenging, often accompanied by music.

Following the tradition of ‘Guru Parampara’ (passing on the tradition of yoga in its pure form from generation to generation), Imir has sought to train with some of the world’s foremost senior teachers in Ashtanga Yoga, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation and Anatomy.  She took her initial Yoga Teacher Training qualification in 2009, followed by among others, a further qualification in Ashtanga Teacher Training in 2013.  Upon completion of her training programme in December 2017, Imir will have achieved the highest level of teaching qualification recognised by the Yoga Alliance.

“I adore sharing what I’ve learnt through my studies and my personal practice, and I feel very privileged to have the opportunity to guide the lovely individuals I teach, through the transformative benefits of developing a regular yoga practice.  Being trusted as part of somebody’s development, as they free their body and ultimately their mind, is a true joy; I am grateful to both my teachers and students.”
