Good Vibes Retreat, hosted by Imir Frazer, is returning to The Mill Retreat Centre for an uplifting and chilled-out 3 night retreat. 

Fancy being whisked away to the wonderful Mill Retreat Centre, just an hour from Calais, for a relaxing 3 night break?  Rejuvenate and explore a deeper connection to Yoga, as Imir guides you through the itinerary, which has been carefully structured to enhance your practice; Harmonise with nature and your inner self to a depth that can’t often be reached during the midst of our usual busy lives. 

Our group will have exclusive use of the Mill and its grounds which include woodlands, a nature reserve and a huge swimming lake.  Facilities include a spectacular, well equipped yoga studio, bicycles, tandems, and a rowing boat!

All-inclusive price of just £565 per person:

  • Return mini-bus transport from Beckenham to the Mill, via Eurotunnel (total journey time is approximately 4 hours)
  • 8 elevating practices sessions: Dynamic Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Inversions, Meditation, Pranayama and more
  • 3 nights’ spacious accommodation: singles, doubles, rooms for 4 and outdoor wagons
  • Delicious vegetarian meals, freshly prepared by the on-site chef; home-made snacks and cakes

Food is viewed as a support to the teaching and therefore is of the best quality, seasonal, sustainably sourced, organic where possible and avoiding processed or chemically treated ingredients. Dietary requirements can be accommodated to a broad extent.

Bookings require a £100 non-refundable deposit, which will be paid to The Mill to secure your place.  The balance of £465 must be paid before 5th June 2018. 

Rooms will be booked on a first-come, first-served basis and we will endeavor to meet your preferences wherever possible.

About Imir

A life-long interest in health & movement led Imir to begin practicing yoga in 2000. She has since studied consistently to deepen her understanding of anatomy, the eight limbs of yoga, and yoga philosophy as a way of life; exploring traditional yoga systems, particularly classical Ashtanga Yoga, Dynamic & Restorative Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Krama (the linking of postures together in sequence, building towards a key asana).  Imir’s teaching style is calm, light-hearted and friendly, her classes deep and challenging, often accompanied by music. 

Following the tradition of ‘Guru Parampara’ (passing on the tradition of yoga in its pure form from teacher to student, generation to generation), Imir enjoys training with some of the world’s foremost senior teachers in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Sequencing, Yoga Philosophy, Meditation and Anatomy.  She took her initial 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training qualification in 2010, followed by a further qualification in Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training in 2013 and 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training in December 2017.  Imir teaches weekly scheduled group classes, one to one sessions, small private groups, retreats and is founder of the Parampara School of Yoga, teacher training and foundation studies.
