Full Moon Gong Bath with Mark Swan

Full Moon Gong Bath with Mark Swan

Friday 24th February 7-9pm (2 hour special) in the traditional studio

A Gong Bath is a deep meditative journey, inducing a state of deep peace, serenity and rejuvenation. All you need to do is join this journey with fellow participants, laying down on a yoga mat in our softly lit studio, with the additional support of bolsters/cushions and one of our soft and fleecy blankets, all of which are provided here at Breeze.

Simply close your eyes and drift into a deep meditative state, allowing the unique and healing sound of the gongs played by Mark Swan, one of Europe’s most highly acclaimed Gong Masters. You will emerge an hour later feeling utterly serene, refreshed and rejuvenated, with a renewed sense of calm and focus to move effortlessly, standing in your own unique power, which will carry forward into your daily life.

2 Hour February Gong Bath

This is a special two hour Gong Bath with international Gong Master and Kundalini Yoga teacher Mark Swan.  This sacred sound meditation is the perfect way to awaken from Winter’s slumber and bring ourselves closer to the energy of the rejuvenating dynamic of Spring'.

Using precisely tuned Gongs of Uranus, Moon, Sun and Sedna, this Gong Bath will create an opportunity to release old patterns, let go of the past and promote deep relaxation.
