Gong Baths are a deeply meditative experience which allow the mind and body to fully decompress and let go.  We invite you to join us and lie down in our softly lit space under our fleecy blankets, allowing this sublime experience to soothe and resonate with you on a deep energetic level.   In Gong space, we access a unique space in which we connect with the bigger picture of our soul’s purpose and our own mission here on earth. 

Simply close your eyes and drift into a deep meditative state, allowing the unique and healing sound of the gongs played by Mark Swan, one of Europe’s most highly acclaimed Gong Masters. You will emerge an hour later feeling utterly serene, refreshed and rejuvenated, with a renewed sense of calm and focus to move effortlessly, standing in your own unique power, which will carry forward into your daily life.

Led by the inspirational Anna Lempriere, the Shakti Sisterhood circles at Breeze are a new and regular addition to our offering. The evenings comprise of Anna delivering powerful and poignant messages about the importance and relevance of women collectively embracing, honouring and tapping into their own innate feminine sense of love, wisdom and unique power.

There will be elements of sound work and meditation, with each month featuring an inspirational guest speaker covering a range of topics, from loving ourselves through wholesome nutrition to foraging and even bee keeping! There is no set formula and the evenings will evolve beautifully, with all those attending, young and old alike from all walks of life, very much a part of the process of uniting and inspiring collectively as a sisterhood of empowered, glorious, loving and divine beings.  This month's guest speaker is Hypnotherapist Georgina Shaw.  The evening will feature an exloration of cellular regeneration through Yoga Nidra and healing practices, learning simple tools to protect your own energy field.

Kirtan (Sound Meditation) with Thomas and Devaki

Kirtan or Sound Meditation is an ancient practice from India which strives to bring peace and release to participants through the exploration of Sanskrit chants and songs in a call/response exchange. Using various instruments including the Indian harmonium & mridangam, Kirtan facilitators Thomas & Devaki, will guide participants through various melodic repetitions with the aim to find inner peace and a sense of togetherness. 

About Thomas and Devaki

Thomas and Devaki are musical and life partners, parents to four grown sons and veterans in the World Music scene.  Hailing from Trinidad and Tobago and Vancouver, Canada respectively they forged and grew their musical partnership in the Okanagan, the interior of Canada's western province of BC.  Founding members of Samsara, a band hot in the days of the BC music BOOM... and Founders/Directors of the Komasket Music Festival, a legendary gathering which brought some of the worlds most notable musicians together on First Nations grounds from 2002-2011.  Now relocated to London UK they continue to produce, compose and record with icons in the music industry and perform across the UK and Europe at festivals, events and private gatherings.

Gathering together to explore rhythmic patterns has been a practice for many cultures across the centuries to cultivate a sense of musical exploration and rhythm in a communal setting. For this workshop drums and assorted percussion will be provided and participants will be guided in simple patterns to create a cohesive joyous celebration of rhythm.
