4-week Meditation Course with Siobhan Purcell
Tuesday 7th January - Tuesday 28th January 2020 7:30pm-8:30pm in Studio 3.
This course is designed for beginners and experienced meditators who would like to deepen their practice and share the group energy.
The aim of the course is to help participants learn to meditate in silence, although the course does include several guided meditations and sound to enhance self-awareness and strengthen the heart connection.
