4-week Meditation Course with Siobhan Purcell
Friday 14th June -5th July, 18.45-19.45pm in the Traditional Studio.
This course is designed for beginners and experienced meditators who would like to deepen their practice and share the group energy. The aim of the course is to help participants learn to meditate in silence, although the course does include several guided meditations to bring greater awareness and strengthen the heart connection.
