A practical handstand course for those looking to improve handstand technique or refine their handstand. This 90 minute session will be run over a four week period.
Who is it for? For anyone keen to learn how to do handstands no matter what level you are at.
During the course, we will be covering how to properly mobilise wrists and shoulders ready for practice as well as stretches specific for opening up for handstands(commonly shoulders and hips). Exercises and drills to build awareness for body positioning while upside down. Using the wall to help master technique, paired drills working with a partner.
Steve is an experienced personal trainer, yoga instructor and has completed advanced handstand training intensives and will bring all his experience into the course from a yoga but also animalistic movement approach. Running through various different styles picked up over the years.
