This method educates, re-aligns and balances your body. It promotes maximum muscle strength whilst increasing flexibility, coordination and stamina. Pilates also decompresses your joints and consequently stimulates and improves circulation. Practicing Pilates will free you from poor postural habits, and help heal back and neck problems, whilst shaping and toning the body.

Whether you simply plan to get in shape, improve your sports technique, strengthen your body or improve your flexibility and posture, let us take you through the very basics in this 4 week beginners’ course and give you the tools to make Pilates an effective and enjoyable life skill for you.

Please note that each beginners course involves 4 separate sessions and to get maximum benefit from the course it is important that you attend all 3 sessions. In the event that you do not attend a session once booked, we regret that this is not refundable or transferable for other services at Breeze.
