I am passionate about helping people live their lives to the full, whatever that may mean to them. We all enjoy doing different things but nothing feels better than to have a healthy and happy body, mind and spirit. When your body works well, you can express yourself any way you want, whether that be through sport and activity, or playing freely with your children.

I like Pilates because it reconnects the mind and the body, re-educating movements that underpin all activities and movement. It raises your level of body awareness, grounding you in a sense of appreciation as well as giving you practical tools to move better. Improvements in posture seen with Pilates can help you feel and look better and become more confident too. In my Pilates I incorporate standing functional movements that occur in day to day life, making the link from mat work and isolated practice, to integrated movements and daily activities. As a corrective exercise specialist I am also able to ensure participants learn to adapt movements where necessary around an old or current injury, bringing them back to full function with an increased level of awareness.
