Diane discovered yoga through Bikram hot yoga, which she practiced and then started teaching in her native Canada in 2002. In 2005, Diane was then lucky enough to move abroad to Hong Kong to teach at Pure Yoga, where she taught for over 4 years. Whilst living in a crowded, compact city like Hong Kong it was difficult for her in a lot of ways, it also blessed her with learning from a huge community of amazing yoga teachers. The two most influential being Ana Forrest (Forrest Yoga) and Patrick Creelman (Anusara Yoga). Both of which have helped Diane to hugely expand her own practice, teaching, and in turn her life. Quite often set to music, Diane teaches dynamic classes focusing on breath, alignment, and actually feeling in the poses. Yoga has helped Diane to connect to a stronger, healthier body, as well as a more open heart, which she hopes she can help her students experience as well.
