Zoe comes from a Ballroom and Latin American dancing background, competing and teaching as a teenager, giving it up to come to London and university. Having always been active in an effort to overcome her childhood asthma, squash, running, dancing and swimming were always her fitness regime.
She discovered yoga over 20 years ago to alleviate sciatica. The more she did, the more she wanted to do and got curious about the anatomy, physiology and philosophy and decided to learn more, through a British Wheel of Yoga Foundation Course and that is where the teaching began. She has completed their 500-hour diploma and holds a Yin Yoga teaching certificate and recently qualified as a Pregnancy yoga teacher.
Zoe holds a master’s degree in Business and her day job is helping people set up and run businesses, supporting mentoring, encouraging along the way, a lot like teaching yoga. She still can’t get her rugby and football playing sons to try yoga, but her rescue dog are masters of both down and up dog.
Her classes are light-hearted, informative and she likes it best when people laugh and smile as they practice as well as feel comfortable to ask questions.
