Angie’s Yoga journey began twenty years ago, inspired by her Mother’s Hatha Yoga practice; an enjoyable and intermittent practice that sowed the seeds for a deeper yoga journey which began a profound pathway to recovery, health and balance. As a result of a challenging and demanding corporate career which, coupled with the fact that Angie also went on to become a carer during 2013, resulted in Angie experiencing what can only be described as “physical and emotional burnout”. Angie benefitted from the incredible effects of healing through her Yoga practice and continued to deepen her experience and love of Yoga through embarking upon teacher training, going on to qualify under the guidance and care of Dylan Ayaloo of Hot Power Yoga. Hot Power Yoga is a dynamic Vinyasa style, which Angie has gone on to combine further training through continuing professional development with Jambo Truong (Forrest Yoga) and Norman Blair (Yin Yoga Intensives with Meditation, Breath and Energy Work.
Angie’s passion is connecting people with their breath, body and true peaceful essence. This is the core of her Yoga teaching style and personal practice. She leads her students through a Yoga practice accessible to all levels and abilities, with the intention of connecting students with breath, body and inner true peaceful essence. Angie has a unique encouraging and fun style which is loved by many. She is delighted to be part of the Breeze Yoga teaching team in nurturing students on their own individual yoga journeys.
