Maggie
Maggie has been practicing Iyengar yoga for 28 years & has been teaching for 17 years. Maggie qualified for her Introductory level in 1992 & qualified for level 1, 2 & 3 Junior Intermediate certificates in 2003, 2004 & 2005. In January 2006 Maggie attended an intensive 1 month course at the original Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune, India.
Iyengar yoga is a traditional form of yoga, helping to promote health & vitality.
Through Maggie’s teaching she aims to help students achieve strength & stamina, improving muscle tone flexibility and alignment.
With the experience Maggie has over the years of my teaching she has learnt to teach to all levels and help those who are pure beginners and also help to improve the more experienced students.
