Nick
Nick has been practicing yoga since 1986, and teaching since 1988. He began with Iyengar yoga, but now teaches both Iyengar style and Astanga yoga classes.
Nick's classes are guided by his knowledge of the human musculoskeletal system, as he is a Doctor of Chiropractic. This has allowed him to see faults in both systems of yoga which he corrects in teaching to his students. A rigid system does not lend itself to being used by the diverse bio-machines that are yoga students!
