Pregnancy Yoga
Practicing Pregnancy Yoga encourages a sense of relaxation and confidence throughout your pregnancy. As your practice develops, you will find yourself feeling more relaxed and healthy, with more energy, whilst enjoying the changes taking place in your body as your baby develops. Practicing Pregnancy Yoga at Breeze also provides you with a great opportunity to share the experience with fellow expectant mums, enjoying the wonderful experience of impending motherhood

Mummy and Baby Yoga
These are fun and informal sessions, which aid postnatal recovery whilst enjoying active play and relaxation with your baby. The classes are relaxed, allowing you to feed, change or soothe your baby whenever the need arises!

- Helps to settle babies and improve sleep and digestive patterns
- Improves confidence in baby handling
- Encourages physical and emotional postnatal healing
