Sat Nam Rasayan is an ancient yogic healing technique that uses awareness to heal.

The definition of Sat Nam Rasayan is relaxation in your true self. The only tool the healer uses is the healer’s consciousness. The healer connects to the certain state of meditation called the sacred space where changes in the patient occur by the healer modifying his or her experience. For thousands of years it was a secret yoga tradition and taught in silence by a master to his student. Guru Dev Singh Ph.D is the living master of this tradition who teaches us how to develop and establish our inner silence to hone our intuition. He says ‘When you become calm and still, the universe starts moving for you’.
