Hot Core Power Yoga
A dynamic vinyasa flow that links breath with movement in order to build strength and flexibility in the body. The sequencing of this class is designed to challenge the body, deepen the breath and quieten the mind. Expect to work up a sweat, meet your tension with breath and kindness and then feel blissed out by the time you reach Savasana. This class is set to a beautiful soundtrack of world music and is suitable to all levels, although some previous experience of yoga is recommended.
